Bexleyheath stabbing: Woman killed in Broadway

Police do not believe the three women knew each other
A woman has been murdered and a second left injured in a double stabbing in a shopping street in south-east London.
Police said an attacker, who was also female, entered the Asda shop on the Broadway in Bexleyheath at 08:30 BST on Monday and "obtained" a knife.
She stabbed a 23-year-old woman at a bus stop, leaving her with minor injuries, but was then disarmed.
Following this she got hold of a second knife from another shop and killed a 59-year-old. A woman, 32, was arrested.
'Really shocked'
There was "no information to suggest the victims are known to each other of the suspect", said Det Supt Keith Niven of the Metropolitan Police, which has begun a murder investigation.
"Thankfully incidents of this nature are rare and the suspect was arrested at the scene shortly after," he added.
"I would like to take this opportunity to appeal to anybody that was in the Asda store or the Bexleyheath Broadway area this morning and may have witnessed any of these events to contact the police."

An employee at the Rose pub in Bexleyheath said she believed the second blade was taken from the neighbouring British Meat Market.
"I didn't see what happened but I think one of the girls stole a knife from the butchers," she said.
"A policeman told my boss that's what happened. We were really shocked.
"On the whole we don't get that sort of thing around here. It isn't a bad place."
Scotland Yard said the 59-year-old woman died at the scene of the attack on Albion Road at 08:41 BST on Monday and her family had been informed.
A post-mortem examination would be held in the coming days, it added.
The suspect was being questioned at a police station in south London.
