UWSLF For Sale, any offers?

Kafa Media GuruSh. Ibrahin Dheere, leader of UWSLF and former Al-Itihad Fundraiser
In the past few weeks it has come to light that the sorry excuse for a liberation movement that goes by the name of UWSLF has fallen pray to the tactics of the devil himself and have abandoned the few dozen men in their rag tag militia while cowardly accepting the marginalization and inhuman treatment of the inhabitants of the Ogaden. With national elections forthcoming in just a few weeks, it is no surprise that the racist and immoral TPLF regime would do anything in its power to distract and divide its opponents even if that means buying off a worn-out and dysfunctional militant organization that has yet to produce a well written press release. However, the Ethiopian regime is in for a rude awakening if it believes that this action will somehow shake up or deter supporters from the ONLF, which has become the number one threat to the existence of the Nazi like EPDRF regime.

After failing to defeat the ONLF militarily, Meles Zenewi and his obedient slaves have tried everything in their book of tricks to deter supporters from the ONLF but have sadly failed. This latest attempt to seek out a former terrorist organization as an ally is nothing but laughable and demonstrates how desperate and low the Ethiopian government has become. Faced with mounting criticism from both state leaders and international organizations, it is no surprise that the Ethiopian regime would result to using such tactics in order to distort the true reality in the Ogaden.
The leaders of UWSLF are also in for a rude awakening if they genuinely believe that the Ethiopian government is ready to address and eliminate the long-standing grievances of the Ogaden people. Any rational person would agree that the Ethiopian government is simply exploiting the brain dead leaders of UWSLF for their short-term political goals and will simply dismiss them after such goals have been achieved.

The decision of the UWSLF is one that is both unfortunate and insignificant to our struggle for self-determination and peace, which lies in the hearts and minds of millions of Somalis in Ogaden.   Since its existence, Somalis in Ogaden have overwhelmingly supported ONLF and will continue to remain loyal and refuse to be cheaply bought out like that of the UWSLF.

If the Ethiopian government wishes to genuinely address the longstanding conflict and grievances of the Ogaden people.  It must first and foremost agree to the demands set forth by the ONLF, only than can a truly effective peace process begin. Until  then, the ONLF will continue to strive for the self-determination that lies in the hearts of the Ogaden people, and the Ethiopian regime can continue to associate itself with any terrorist organization it wishes, after all they have the same moral standards.
