Somaliland: Terrorist plot uncovered in Somaliland

Hargeisa (SomalilandPress)—Somaliland police forces confirmed that they uncovered suspicious terrorist activities in three different cities of Somaliland. Speaking at a press conference Somaliland’s Interior Minister Dr. Mohamed Gabose told the local press about the terrorist plan that were uncovered by the police forces in the cities of Hargeisa, Buroa and Berbera. Dr. Gabose said “our security officials monitored a terrorist plan in its early stages in three different cities and acted on it before the terrorist can launch”. The Minister went farther to point the finger at South Somalia’s terrorist group Al-Shabaab on this failed terrorist attempt. Dr. Gabose blamed this on Al-Shabaab” we suspect these terrorist to be from Al-Shabaab”.Read More
