The general secretary of the Mogadishu administration of the Transitional Federal Government, Abdikafi Hilowle Osman accused Somali’s Aid agencies for supporting the hard-lines in war-torn country, Radio Garowe Reports.
Mr. Hilowle blamed Muslim Aid, ICRC, Islamic Relief, NRC and DRC assisting the insurgent group instead of the civilians.
