The weekend of the world cup massacre (7/11) in Kampala that caused the death of 74 people came at the least expected time: It came at a time when the whole world was at stand still and united in enjoying the long awaited final play of the last leg of the world cup; a time that nations of the world forgot what divides them but instead embraced what unites them as human beings; a time the Israeli prison guards and the Hamaz inmates voluntarily shelved their disparity, time arch rivals were betting on the same team, time the world marked environmental awareness by taking millions of cars off the road, time the citizens of the world except the Somalis, under the control of Harakat Al Shabab Mujahidin, joined hands in celebration.

The reconstructed pictures of the two suspects raises more questions than answers and thus injects heavy dose of mistrust in the already what is fast becoming suspicious investigation.

The picture on the left is the true picture of Professor Ali Geedi, the then TFG Prime Minister in his office two years back. The reconstructed photo on the wright is the same photo but doctored poorly – Just the head of the suspect is super imposed on the professor’s picture but the jacket, the shirt and the flag at the background confirms that the photo from Interpol is not genuine at all.
The left Photo is that of a clergy man who by the look of his style of dress appears most probably to hail from West Africa or perhaps Sudan but the image on the right is depicting a DJ who mixes Somali music tracks in Sweden. This is sending a conflicting message as it is impossible for Al Shabab member to allow himself to pause for a photo in an atmosphere that is remotely connected to music as music is considered by Al – Shabab as the voice of Satan.
