Man dies after attack in Falkirk car park


A man has died in hospital two days after being attacked in a car park in Falkirk.
A 42-year-old man will appear in court later this week in connection with the incident, which happened at 22:30 GMT on Friday.
Central Scotland Police appealed for witnesses to the incident at Woodside Court.
A 43-year-old man, who has not been named, died in hospital on Christmas Day.
A Central Scotland Police spokesman said: "The cause of death at this time is unknown pending a post-mortem.
"A 42-year-old male will be appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court on 28 December in relation to the incident.
"Inquiries are at an early stage and anyone with any information can contact Central Scotland Police on 01786 456 000, or information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers."
