Garowe — The semi-autonomous state of Somalia's Puntland doubted that if Mogadishu is the capital of Somalia, an official said on Thursday.
Dr. Abdi Hassan Jim'ale, Puntland's minister of constitution and federalism affairs held a press conference in Garowe town, the capital of Puntland administration and said Mogadishu city had once been the capital of Somalia, adding that they arte very doubtful Mogadishu is the capital city of Somalia.
Mr. Jima'le said that it is good to be talked about where the official capital of Somalia right now.
He said that from now Puntaland authorities have banned the independent committee for making constitution and federalism affairs from landing in their territories, saying that making constitution for Somalia is now unlawful.
