In Somalia radical Islamists are claiming a very unusual victory against their enemies – they now operate their own television channel.
Twenty years have passed since the last Somali government collapsed and the country was sucked into a bloody civil war between warlords, pirates, Islamists, foreign occupation forces and African Union Peacekeepers.
