It’s been nine long years since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, but this period was apparently not enough for most Americans to come to terms with this trauma, mostly because of the George W. Bush administration’s wars of revenge, which were just as traumatic as these attacks.
We’ve even seen people who claimed that the US organized the attacks itself to justify these wars. Even though these are nothing more than conspiracy theories, it is true that Bush widely exploited the Sept. 11 attacks to defend the justness of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.
