A fifth person has been arrested over the disappearance of a mother-of-three police think might have been killed.
Rania Alayed, 25, from Cheetham Hill, Manchester, has not been seen since early June.
A 34-year-old man from Gorton was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Four other people are currently being held, one on suspicion of murder, and three others on suspicion of helping an offender.
A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder, with a 55-year-old woman and man, 64, held on suspicion of assisting an offender following arrests on Thursday.
Police fears Police have until lunchtime to question them.
A 38-year-old man from Salford was arrested on Friday on suspicion of assisting an offender. Detectives have until Tuesday to question him after being granted extra time by the courts.
Police said they were treating it as a missing person inquiry, but they could not rule out the possibility she had been harmed.
Her disappearance was described as out character.
Ms Alayed moved to Manchester in January from the north-east of England.
