Man held by police over Oldham 'urinating' row attack

A man has been arrested after a 70-year-old man was punched in the face for asking someone to stop urinating in the street, police said.
Derek Laidlaw was attacked after confronting a man near the wall of his partner's house in Failsworth, Oldham.
Mr Laidlaw was punched repeatedly in the face and head and was pinned against the wall during the incident on 2 July.
Police said a man, aged 46, from Oldham was being held on suspicion of assault.
