-Majority leader Aden Duale has been photographed enjoying fresh milk from a camel
– Not many people take milk without first boiling it, but Duale has proven he has strong immunity
– Duale reportedly owns several herds of camels in his hometown
National Assembly of Kenya Majority leader Aden Duale was pictured enjoying fresh milk from a camel.
The outspoken politician joined pastoralists at a water point in Garissa Township constituency.
Although it is advisable to warm the milk first, those with high immunity usually take the fresh milk directly from the camel.

Duale reportedly owns several herds of camels in his hometown and is the most influential politician in Northern Kenya.
Besides the camels, he also owns a large cattle ranch at the Coast.

Camels are seen as a sign of wealth, blessing, prosperity in the Somali culture and give the owner much respect from the community.
He also owns Medina Chemicals, a firm that supplies veterinary products in North Eastern, Somalia, Djibouti and South Sudan.

Duale who is also an accomplished businessman and strategist is also a founder member and CEO of the Livestock Marketing Society of Kenya.

The 47-year-old also owns several hotels including Nomad palace in Eastleigh. The sister franchise is in Garissa and is a favorite of the Somali community.
Duale is married to General Mohamud’s daughter- the legendary Mohamud was an army commander back in the day and is best remembered for saving retired president, Daniel Arap Moi from the 1982 attempted coup.
