MOGADISHU – The Somali president Sheik Sharif Sheik Ahmed has flown to the Ugandan capital Kampala to have talks with his counterpart Yuwei Muzeveni, just hours after the premier returned to the Somali capital Mogadishu.
Abdukadir Mo’allin Nor, the state minister of the presidential palace of the Somali president had confirmed the travel of the president to journalists saying he would meet with Ugandan president in Kampala to have more discussions concerning the relation and collaboration of both countries.
Sources close to the presidential palace of Somalia said that the president Sheik Sharif would reach Uganda from there he would depart to Bujumbura for meeting he would have with president of Burundian government and more others officials to talk more on Somalia.
On the other hand Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed (Farmajo), the Prime Minister of Somalia has returned to Mogadishu on Friday after two days of meetings with Kenyan Premier Mr. Raila Odinga with others officials who talked more on how the transitional government of Somalia take part the UN organized conference supposed to be held in Nairobi, Kenya on 12th April.
Nevertheless, the trip and return of the Somali president Sheik Sharif Sheik Ahmed and Prime Minister Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo comes as the Somali government refused attending the UN Somali conference in Kenya that most of Somali people had greatly supported the decision of the cabinet ministers.
