Mogadisho (RBC):- A new market plan is going on in the District of Hamar Jajab in Mogadisho. The building of the market started today at a field near the round about of eelgabka in Hamar Jajab District. This market is meant for the businessmen who are formerly evacuated from Hamar weyn market, and now do not have somewhere to locate their businesses.
The head of the City Council in the District of Banadir Mr. Abdullahi Omar, who talked briefly to the media said that this market is for those business people who do not have legal places to do their business and those from Bakaara market.
Mr. Abdullahi added that these business people are not given any ownership but only to do business in the market. He also noted that no business person who was given the plot can sell it.
This comes at time when the transitional federal Government of Somalia recently destroyed business building in Hamar weyn District in Mogadisho.
