Bolton girl aged 14 arrested over mother's death

A 14-year-old girl has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of her mother in Greater Manchester.

The woman, aged 42, was found unconscious at a house in the Breightmet area of Bolton on Sunday.
The woman died later in hospital. A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said toxicology tests were due to take place later.
The daughter was later released on bail. She must report to a police station on 3 December.
