Toddler dies in swimming pool fall in Oxfordshire

A two-year-old boy died after falling into a swimming pool when he wandered off during an engagement party.
Ryan Pearman was found in the pool at a neighbour's property in Sonning Common, Oxfordshire, on Sunday 31 July.
He was airlifted to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford but could not be revived and died at 19:30 BST.
In a statement, his parents said: "We have lost our beautiful little boy, the light of our lives, who we loved dearly and were so proud of."
Forty adults and 20 children were at the party hosted by Ryan's great-uncle and aunt, John and Diana Pearman, to celebrate their daughter's engagement.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said the death was not being treated as suspicious and the matter had been handed over to the coroner.
