Two charged with terror offences in Greater Manchester

A man and a woman from Greater Manchester have been charged with offences under the Terrorism Act.
Mohammed Sajid Khan, 33, of Foster Street, Oldham, has been charged with conduct in preparation for acts of terrorism.
Shasta Khan, 37, also of Foster Street, has been charged with possessing information likely to be useful to a person committing an act of terrorism.
They will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court later.
The charges follow an investigation carried out by the North West Counter Terrorism Unit.
"There is no evidence to suggest any communities in Greater Manchester or the surrounding areas are at immediate risk," police said.
